Will be responsible for providing strategic direction for awarded client business regarding product and marketplace issues. Managed Markets Communications division of a healthcare communications conglomerate has an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor to provide strategic direction to biotech clients regarding product and marketplace issues to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Biopharmaceutical experience a plus (i.e. injectables, immunology, oncology, CNS, pulmonology). Must have a thorough understanding of the managed care market and how to penetrate it with consistent strategic and tactical planning in the following areas:

  • Managed care market structure and business principles
  • Formulary development and management
  • Stakeholder needs (MCOs, PBMs, GPOs, VA/DoD, employers, specialty providers)
